Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to the low cost and handmade nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be sure of all item selections before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns before placing your order, please contact us (support@decorsnobs.com) and we will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
We allow 24hrs from the date and time of an order placed for cancellations and we will issue you a full refund. After 24hrs we will not issue any refunds but will issue a store credit for future purchase for the value of the order placed. This does not apply to holiday items. Once an order is placed for holiday items, it is no longer refundable.
Shipping & Processing Times
All in stock orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship. Handmade items take 14 business days to make, process and ship. During new releases of popular items and peek season, orders will take 7-14 business days to process and ship. Peek season starts in August and ends in January. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Damaged Items
Sometimes items arrive damaged due to rough transit. If you receive a damaged item please let us know. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Please send us clear photo's of the damaged items, along with your order number. If the item is able to be replaced we will send out a replacement. Replacement's are determined based on the item availability.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to watch your tracking information to prepare for delivery. If a package is marked delivered by the courier, we cannot assist with a replacement package. In the event that this happens please contact your local post master to try and trace the carrier that delivered your package.
Combine Shipping
We do not combine shipping nor can we add items to an order already placed pending shipping. This results in inaccurate shipping calculations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders
To avoid confusion, prevent order delays, and offer faster shipping we don't allow in-stock items to be placed together with pre-ordered items. Please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Partial Orders
We do not fulfill partial orders. If you placed a pre-order for 2 or more items with different ETA we will ship when your entire order has arrived. In the event any pre-ordered item is delayed more than 21 days we only at that time will partially fulfill an order.
